Specializing in handmade Pillow covers, Throws and Two way Tops, artisan Cheryl Wilson uses cotton Mud Cloth from Mali Africa to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Mud Cloth is hand-loomed and contains many imperfections, varying in size, as well as, design- no two pieces are exactly alike. Each unique set of patterns and colors help to inspire this artist to create new works.
Born and raised in the bay area, Cheryl began her working as a seamstress at an early age. Throughout the years, her hobby has included anything from custom wedding dresses…to now Mud Cloth Pillow Covers, Throws, and Two way Tops.
