Women of The Black Panther Party Mural
This one of a kind, historic 2000sqft mural will be on a prominent house in West Oakland, the birth place of The Black Panther Party. Since its inception in June 2020 it has grown in size from a 100sqft area of the house to now consuming the entire side and back. We weren’t at all prepared for all the expenses that would be needed for an endeavor of this size and we have been fundraising like crazy and continue to do so. We had an amazing Facebook campaign in July followed by an even bigger campaign on Kickstarter!
What was initially a small mural costing $10,000 has grown into a massive project needing $35,000
But it’s historic, long overdue and worth every penny. So please continue to help, share, post and donate.
